The Deanery Secretary has traditionally circulated details of news and events in the Deanery to members of Deanery Synod. Due to data protection rules, this is no longer possible without your consent.
Your personal data is currently stored and processed by the Deanery Secretary for official Deanery matters as required under the Church Representation Rules, and also shared with the Diocese of Oxford for these matters. Official Deanery matters are those relating to Deanery Synod meetings and elections, and elections for other Synods.
In some cases, a message may be circulated to all Synod members when the Deanery Secretary considers that all parishes have a legitimate interest in receiving this information.
If you give your consent, your email address will also be used to send you details of news and events in the Deanery. You can withdraw your consent for this at any time by emailing the Deanery Secretary (see the Contacts page). If you do not give your consent, you will not receive these emails.
